Job Description
- Lead and mentor two technical squads, providing guidance on best practices, code quality, and solution design.
- Architect and develop robust backend systems using Python and frameworks like Flask, Django, and FastAPI.
- Oversee the design and implementation of AI/ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn, integrating them into scalable SaaS applications.
- Design and manage microservices architectures with cloud integration on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
- Conduct thorough code reviews with an emphasis on scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to coding standards.
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality AI and SaaS products.
- Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions, enhancing development workflows and deployment processes.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in data management, utilizing SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis for efficient and reliable data storage solutions.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives, providing clear insights into project progress and technical decisions.
