Job Description

DSS role – JD Requirements

Tech Skills:

1. Azure AD Hybrid Env Admin:
a. Access Management
b. Build and register devices to AD
c. Trouble shooting a. &b. Activities.

2. M365 support
a. Basic troubleshooting of office products (Outlook word excel Power point)
b. OneDrive
c. SharePoint
d. MS Teams

3. MDM Intune:
a. Managing devices in Intune
i. Laptops
ii. Smart Phones

4. Intune (Windows) Autopilot

a. Building / rebuilding laptops using autopilot policies
b. Understanding of stepbystep process

5. Video Conferencing room support – Logitech MS teams

a. Logitech rally Kit Bar support.
b. Microsoft Teams rooms support (MTR)

6. Desktop/Laptop Setup

a. Building / rebuilding laptops
b. Desk setup (Power /Network)

7. Hands & Feet Server/Data Rooms

a. Patch Panel Network cabling
b. Physical server support

8. Service Now user experience

a. Basic knowledge of the tool – Incident Problem Change service request & Asset mgmt. module

Functional Skills:
1. ITIL process understanding.
2. Financial domain support
3. IT Asset and inventory Management
4. VIP user support
5. Situation and priority management
6. Minimum Relevant experience – 3 years

Soft Skills:
1. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
2. Ability to work under pressure situations
3. Problem solving skills:

Desirable:
1. COTS Apps support skills
2. Certifications: ITIL foundation MCSE Azure foundations
3. Apple/MAC devices management
4. SOP based procurement
5. Trade floor support
