Accounting Team Leader ERP Procure to Pay

Job Overview:

The Procurement Officer will handle sourcing evaluating and recommending suppliers for various requisitions. This role involves coordinating communication between requestors and suppliers ensuring adherence to company purchasing processes and managing timely delivery of items.

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate contractors/suppliers; recommend suppliers for requisitioned items end to end procurement.
• Mediate between requestors and suppliers to ensure technical conformity and timely delivery.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders regarding requested items.
• Attend prebid meetings and open bids for commercial evaluation.
• Offer summary recommendations based on technical evaluations from endusers.
• Seek management approval for supplier awards.
• Generate purchase orders (POs).
• Food industry is a plus

Qualifications:

• Must have a strong experience as a technical buyer.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work with both local and international suppliers.
• Should be amenable to report onsite in Cavite (85%) and Rockwell Makati (15%)
