Your Role as a Customer Success Specialist:

Customer Interaction: Serve as a reliable and knowledgeable contact for both existing customers and potential clients via phone email or chat.

Problem Solving: Collaborate with other departments and partners to resolve complex customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.

Customer Satisfaction: Take full responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction and building loyalty.

Continuous Learning: Expand your financial expertise through ongoing training and personal interest.

Product Improvement: Use customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and process enhancements working closely with our Product Capital Markets Sales and Operations teams.

What Were Looking For:

Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in German and strong English communication skills both written and spoken.

Educational Background: A completed bachelors or masters degree preferably in finance or equivalent banking training.

Financial Affinity: A strong interest in capital market products and digital financial solutions.

Customer Focus: A friendly solutionoriented approach with the ability to work under pressure and attention to detail.
