Responsibilities:

Help with the installation maintenance and troubleshooting of communication systems.

Assist in the implementation of new communication technologies.
Offer technical support to clients and internal organizations.
Work with senior technicians on challenging projects.
Keep accurate records of tasks completed and system setups.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary.
Postsecondary education in telecommunications or similar fields is preferred.
CompTIA Network or comparable certification (or desire to earn)
Strong problemsolving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Reliable internet access and separate workplace
