Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop creative posts for Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn in alignment with the client s brand guidelines
Design visuals write captions and optimize posts for engagement.
Scheduling & Posting:
Manage the social media calendar and schedule posts using relevant tools
Ensure timely updates and adjustments based on campaign needs.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyse the performance of posts and campaigns across platforms.
Provide monthly reports on key metrics such as engagement reach and conversion rates.
Client Management
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between the client and the social media team
Maintain regular communication handle feedback and ensure client satisfaction with the social media strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Proven experience of 23 years in managing Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn
- Skills: Strong copywriting skills understanding of social media algorithms ability to use design tools like Canva or Adobe
- Client Management: Experience in managing client relationships handling feedback and making datadriven decisions for campaign improvements.
