This program is designed to provide comprehensive training and handson experience to future faculty members helping them hone their skills in guiding students in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics.

Program Overview:

  • A 6month rigorous training program focusing on teaching methodologies student psychology and subject matter expertise.

  • Faculties must remain attentive throughout the training to ensure they are fully prepared to teach.

  • Regular study materials will be provided to ensure continuous learning along with weekly tests to assess progress.

  • The program is structured into three distinct stages:

Beginner (Score < 50%): Focus on comprehensive learning of study materials.

Intermediate (Score 5080%): Engage with study materials and interact with students for 2 hours daily.

Pro (Score > 80%): Lead student interactions for 34 hours daily.

Program Requirements by Subject:

  1. Chemistry:

    • Indepth understanding of Organic Inorganic and Physical Chemistry.

    • Ability to connect theory with practical examples to make learning engaging.

    • Strong problemsolving skills and familiarity with entrance exam patterns.

    • Bachelors degree (minimum) in Chemistry or related field.

    • Prior experience in coaching for competitive exams is beneficial.
