The Position:

We are searching for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our core leadership team ideally someone who sees themselves as the latestage cofounder. You will play a pivotal role in driving Inhubbers growth strategy and scaling the company to new heights. If youre an entrepreneurial leader with a background in B2B SaaS a proven track record as a cofounder and ideally experience with an exit this could be your next big opportunity.

Your role:

• Develop and lead a growth vision and strategy aligned with Inhubbers mission.

• Identify highimpact growth opportunities and execute on them.

• Use datadriven insights to continuously refine growth strategies and optimize performance.

• Work closely with the founders to shape and execute global strategies.

Your profile:

• Extensive experience in scaling B2B SaaS companies ideally as a CGO CRO or similar role.

• Experience as a cofounder and familiarity with the process of leading a company through an exit.

• Strong expertise in strategic marketing and sales with a creative innovative approach.

• Datadriven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action and deliver measurable results.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English

• Ability to manage multiple highpriority projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across teams.
