Job Description

Job Summary:

COMANDIS Residential is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Development Outside Sales professional. In this role you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our property management division within the real estate industry. You will work closely with our Director of Business Development to identify new business opportunities build strong relationships with potential clients and ensure the overall satisfaction of our existing clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our company while making a significant impact in the property management sector.We are seeking dynamic and motivated Solar Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. This role offers significant earnings potential for individuals who thrive in a salesdriven environment and are ready to take their careers to the next level.THIS IS A DOOR TO DOOR SALES OPPORTUNITY WITH UNCAPPED INCOME POTENTIAL.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development objectives in the property management sector
  • Identify and target potential clients including property owners investors and real estate agencies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities
  • Prepare and present reports on business development activities and progress
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and materials
  • Participate in networking events conferences and trade shows to promote the companys property management services
  • Generate and close appointments through doortodoor lead generation cold calling prospecting and referrals
  • Set a minimum of 5 appointments that close before advancing to closing roles
  • Achieve 7 to 10 appointments per week
  • Conduct solar inspections and report findings
  • Utilize the companys CRM system and university training materials to track and manage leads
  • Attend individual and team meetings weekly
  • Complete self paced online training university to learn sales for this particular product
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling ensuring at least some work is completed daily

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development preferably in the property management or real estate industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate or a related field
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong selfmotivation and the ability to work independently is REQUIRED
  • Experience in sales is a PREFERRED not required
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual is a plus
  • Reliable transportation is preferred
  • No specific experience required but a strong work ethic and a hustlers mentality are essential

Compensation Pay:

  • UNCAPPED COMMISSIONONLY
  • 1099 contractor position with uncapped commissiononly compensation
  • Earn $1500 per appointment that closes
  • Expected earnings of $125000 per year if effort targets are met
  • Top performers can achieve significant earnings with the potential to earn $250k and commissions are uncapped

License/Certification:

  • Drivers License (Preferred)

Work Location:

  • In person / Remote Evanston / Skokie Area
