JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities as a B2B Sales Representative:
Reach out to potential clients via phone calls and emails to schedule appointments for the sales team.
Utilize provided lead lists to contact prospects and establish initial communication.
Independently source and research new leads to expand the client base when the provided list is exhausted.
Conduct introductory calls and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present our services effectively.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
Log and track all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
Update lead and appointment status accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide regular updates on lead generation and appointmentsetting activities to the sales manager.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve appointmentsetting processes.
Qualifications as a B2B Sales Representative:
Proven experience in B2B sales preferably with a focus on appointment setting and lead generation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to sourcing and generating leads.
Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of email and SMS copywriting or business consulting services is a plus.
