Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and services. This is a fulltime permanent position based in Phoenix AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth

Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels including website social media email campaigns and print materials

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales materials and presentations

Plan and coordinate events such as trade shows and conferences to showcase our products and services

Monitor and track marketing performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make datadriven decisions

Stay uptodate with industry developments and trends to ensure our marketing efforts are relevant and effective

Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives

Assist with budget planning and manage marketing expenses within budget constraints

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in a marketing role preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong project management and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment

Knowledge of the construction industry and understanding of fiberglass reinforced plastic products is a plus
