Our headquarters are in Los Angeles California but we are a truly global company with teammembers across the U.S. Europe South America Africa and Asia/Pacific. We have gone to a fully remote working platform so that we can attract the worlds best talent.

Were currently looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for growing our existing business and working closely with our customers. Our ideal candidate is someone who has worked in an account management role preferably in a startup fastpaced environment and enjoys the challenge of working with different customers with complex needs.
Your job will also be to close key account deals set up for you by our BDRs and Account Executives (and source deals yourself where needed) by identifying pain points that ecommerce brands may have in their supply chain and selling to those points. We have started a SaaS platform where customers get access to an Account Manager like yourself our design team and our vast factory network to manufacture the highest quality custom products imaginable.
Close and manage ecommerce companies on our SaaS platform
Understand your customers needs and represent their interests to our factories
Organize and manage a production schedule for your key accounts
Identify upsell crosssell and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
Stay on top of accounts making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
Generate progress reports for customers and senior leaders within the organization
Develop a strategic and targeted approach to attain and exceed annual sales quota and net retention targets
Update your Hubspot pipeline religiously
Maintain less than 5% customer churn
3 years of Account Management experience preferably in a startup environment
2 years working with a CRM like Hubspot Salesforce Pipedrive etc.
Experience with prospecting is a huge plus
Experience in the ecommerce industry or FMCG space
Demonstrated success in implementing sales strategies and exceeding objectives
An interest in developing and selling sophisticated business solutions at the CSuite level
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English C2)
The skill to effectively persuade internal and external decisionmakers and achieve desired outcomes.
Strong time management organization and prioritization skills
Remoteready: owns a desktop/laptop with at least 8GB of RAM noisecanceling headset and a stable internet connection with at least 20mbps speed with a quiet space to take calls
Intellectually curious possesses a natural disposition and comfort to ask questions challenge the status quo and a desire to get to the bottom of things if they see something not quite right
Selfmotivated with a meaningful reason to deliver excellence
Good communication skills that enhance collaboration minimize misunderstandings and at a frequency that is appropriate for a remote team
Radical candor Coachable accepting of constructive negative feedback and willing to provide constructive negative feedback where applicable
Operates with a level of urgency values immediate action where prudent enables quick decisionmaking swift problemsolving and seizing opportunities in a dynamic business environment
Natural customer centricity has an affinity to always start their train of thought or analysis with the customers perspective bias towards talking to the customer to understand them
Resultsdriven focuses on achieving and exceeding measurable objectives
