Senior DevOps Engineer

Description

Deploy and maintain applications on cloudnative microservices architecture
Manage the continuous integration and delivery pipelines to maximize efficiency
Develop and maintain solutions for operational administration system/data backup recovery and security/performance monitoring
Help increase system performance with a focus on high availability and scalability
Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
Support and work alongside a crossfunctional engineering team on the latest technologies
Iterate on best practices to increase the quality & velocity of deployments
Continuously evaluate existing systems with industry standards and make recommendations for improvement
Strong understanding of Security best practices
Experience designing and architecting Cloud architectures
Strong understanding and experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
Experience in a customer facing role
Experience with DevSecOps and code quality tools such as SonarQube
Experience with artifact servers

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
3 years of experience as DevOps engineer
Strong work experience with AWS is a must
Strong experience with containerization (Docker Compose EKS Kubernetes Helm)
Strong experience with various managed and selfhosted CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins)
Strong experience with version control system experience (e.g. Git)
Strong experience with SQL RDBMS experience(e.g. Postgres)
Experience with IAC and automation tools (e.g. Cloud formation Helm)
