Overview:
The CRM Real Estate position is a key role within our organization responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with real estate clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This role plays a pivotal part in driving business growth client retention and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM software to maintain and analyze real estate client data
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client experience and satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for real estate clients addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate property viewings negotiations and closings
- Assist in the preparation of real estate contracts and leasing agreements
- Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to facilitate smooth transactions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Prepare and present regular reports on client engagement and satisfaction
- Stay updated with real estate market trends pricing and regulations
- Handle client feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in real estate sales CRM or client management
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools such as Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho
