• Applying hair coloring highlights and other chemical treatments
• Providing scalp treatments and hair conditioning
• Advising clients on hair care practices and recommending suitable products
• Maintaining cleanliness and sterilization of tools and work areas
• Keeping uptodate with industry trends and techniques
• Handling client bookings appointment scheduling and payment processing
• Resolving customer complaints or issues professionally
• Collaborating with colleagues and stylists for a seamless client experience
• Promoting and selling hair care products and treatments

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of a hairstyling or cosmetology program
• State licensing or certification as a professional hairdresser
• Demonstrated experience in hair cutting coloring and styling techniques
• Knowledge of different hair types and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic salon environment
• Uptodate understanding of fashion and beauty trends
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Understanding of hair care product ingredients and usage
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Professional and friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Capability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Experience with retail sales and product promotion
