Job Description
Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives conducting indepth
market analysis and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in data analysis financial modeling and a deep
understanding of the real estate market particularly in the luxury sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and risks in the luxury real estate market.
- Develop financial models to support investment decisions and project feasibility studies.
- Analyze business performance metrics and create reports to guide strategic planning.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define business requirements and develop solutions.
- Support the development of business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management summarizing key findings and recommendations.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to provide competitive intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Finance Economics or a related field;
- MBA is a plus.
- 35 years of experience in business analysis preferably in real estate or Infrastructure sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
