Job Description

Overview:

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in the organization by being the primary point of contact for customers providing assistance resolving inquiries and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. They are responsible for building strong customer relationships and contributing to the companys success through positive interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Processing orders forms applications and requests
  • Providing information about products and services
  • Handling and resolving customer concerns with professionalism
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Following communication procedures guidelines and policies
  • Upselling products and services when applicable
  • Assisting with customer retention
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results
  • Participating in training and educational opportunities
  • Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
  • Positive attitude and a desire to help people
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility in work schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices
