Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to manage our sales in the tile industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management with a deep understanding of the tile market and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market growth.
  • Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients architects designers contractors and distributors.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies.
  • Use insights to adjust sales strategies and improve market positioning.
Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve or exceed these targets.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands.

Qualifications
5 years of core sales experience specifically in tiles building material cement construction equipment industries.
Minimum Graduate.
