Automation Testing Lead C Selenium

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using C# and Selenium.
• Execute automated tests analyze results and report defects to the development team.
• Collaborate with developers product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and test software functionality.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure stability and functionality of the web applications.
• Participate in test planning test strategy development and design reviews.
• Maintain and enhance the test automation framework to improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices for automation.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7 to 9 years of experience in web automation testing.
• Strong proficiency in C# programming language.
• Handson experience with Selenium WebDriver for automation testing.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles methodologies and practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance testing and test automation tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with API testing and tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Additional Information:

• Location: Hyderabad (Mandatory round 2 facetoface interview at the Hyderabad office; no negotiations).
