Software Process Engineer - Hybrid - Oulu

• Design develop document and implement software development processes for Benjamin that align with industry best practices and are tailored for our operations
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing software processes identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with developers architects and top management to ensure that software processes support technical and business objectives
• Define metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of software processes and make datadriven decisions for process enhancements
• Provide training and support to the development team on best practices and process improvements
• Conceptualize and design the full software lifecycle from ideas to production and maintenance

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software process management with a proven track record of implementing and improving development processes
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience in process improvement quality assurance and compliance with industry standards
