Junior Graphic Designer

Overview

Key responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Produce infographics reports and other graphic elements
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement design concepts
• Receive feedback from the marketing team and make necessary changes
• Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed
• Keep uptodate with industry developments and tools
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines deadlines and design standards
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients team members and management

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign Illustrator Dreamweaver Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Creativity and versatility
• Skill in typography color and layout
• Time management and organizational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism regarding time costs and deadlines
• Experience working with different types of media
• Understanding of marketing production website design corporate identity product packaging advertisements and multimedia design
