About the role

You will be responsible for Finance functions, including but not limited to: preparation and analysis of financial data, monitoring of financial performance, compliance to Finance policies, financial monitoring of inventory, logistics and storage. You would be also responsible for providing value-added and meaningful reporting and analysis for Financial Management.

Roles and Responsibilities

To ensure complete and accurate postings of financial records, this role is responsible to perform the following tasks:
• Analysis of monthly KPIs and operational statistics.
• Supporting the team in monthly closing activity.
• Preparing accruals and posting in ERP, reconciliation of accruals and reversals.
• Submission of balance sheet schedules and audit reconciliations.
• Respond to queries relating to supplier payment invoices
• Regularly review of GL postings for errors in expenditure and rectification ensuring accuracy.
• To support new business system and finance processes, this role will be assisting business and IT on projects to ensure all finance matters are streamlined.

About You
• Bachelor Degree with Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Major in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and experienced user of an ERP system, preferably Oracle. Working knowledge of advance tools like Power Query, Power BI, Tableau will have an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business cycle.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written or verbal form.
• Requires the ability to learn and understand basic principles and techniques, to make independent judgements in absence of supervision and to acquire knowledge of topics related to the job.
• Well-developed inter personal skills, communication skills and a strong team player.
