About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Commercial Real Estate Associate to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll support complex real estate transactions including acquisitions dispositions leasing and financing. If youre passionate about real estate law and have a knack for managing sophisticated transactions we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Support the full lifecycle of real estate transactions from due diligence to closing
• Represent sophisticated owners and operators in various capacities
• Review and comment on loan documents leases and purchase agreements
• Collaborate effectively with team members and engage professionally with clients

What You Bring:

• JD or LLM from an ABAaccredited law school
• Must be admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts
• 3 years of commercial real estate experience
• Recent experience at an AM Law 100 firm is essential

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
