Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in economics finance or a related discipline preferred
• 12 years of Fund Management background
• Have handled hedge funds/private equity and other alternative investments
• Financial Reporting/ Financial Analysis experience
• Advanced Excel Skills: VLOOKUP Pivot Tables VBA and Macros
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Amenable to work on a Night Shift schedule (9 PM6 AM)
• Amenable to work on a hybrid setup (24x RTO/month) in MOA Pasay
  

Job Description

• Review process and analyze alternative investment trades includingsubscriptions redemptions and transfers
• Aggregate compile and normalize large sets of hedge fund and private equityinvestor data
• Preparation of daily monthly and quarterly upload files for Client Reporting database
• Ensure data integrity for all standardized and customizable reporting
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Liaise and develop relationships with custodians thirdparty administrators and other vendors
• Resolve and implement scalable solutions for various external parties including custodians thirdparty administrators and other vendors
• Resolve data reporting system issues and exercise judgment to escalate issues to senior team members as needed
• Assist in the development of efficient processes and procedures by working with the technology team to automate workflow as well as gain an indepth understanding of technology and operational workflow across multiple product lines
• Develop implement and maintain operating procedures
• Ensure timely deliverables of all reports
• Help define and drive scalable solutions across all business lines including alternative investments and capital markets
• Additional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity skill and interest.
