We are recruiting for a new business development (BizDev) role responsible for planning executing and driving the new Embedded Fintech product launched in October 2023.
The product is a Invoice Payment Platform that enables companies to build card payments for their own services such as invoice billing/card payments quickly and costeffectively. It provides all the necessary licenses operations and systems required for the card payment process in a onestop solution. By incorporating various API functions provided by the product into their own services companies can create new financial experiences.
We are looking for someone who can handle everything from planning and proposing business and service ideas to introducing and supporting growth for startups to enterprise companies and financial institutions. This position also involves contributing to the planning and improvement of products based on market needs.
Responsibilities:
Consulting services for client issues
Planning and proposing scenario plans from new negotiations to closing
Longterm business growth support after receiving orders (upselling crossselling etc.)
Leading projects actively involving stakeholders
Planning and improvement of product strategy based on user feedback
Building business flow and processes for product introduction

- Previous work experience in the financial/payment industry (banks securities credit cards etc.).
- Experience in management roles or leadership including responsibilities for team development and management of other members.

- Experience in planning designing and building the workflow for operational tasks.

Annual Salary:JPY based on experience ability and previous work experience
- Salary adjustments: Twice a year
- Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
- Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).
