Linux DevOps Engineer

As a Linux/DevOps Engineer you will be an instrumental part of our clients engineering team and will be the key person keeping all of their systems operational. Come join a highly collaborative team of skilled engineers with a passion for quality.

Responsibilities:

• Install configure and security harden Centos OS Linux
• Install Apache configure Vhosts SSL modules
• Install PHP configure PECL/PEAR libraries PHP.ini
• Setup database connectivity to MySQL via UnixODBC and FreeTDS
• Install and setup Solr Elasticsearch
• Install manage and maintain Redis for RedisCluster
• Install SupervisorD
• Install RabbitMQ in HA cluster mode
• Install and configure Nginx. Install and configure NodeJS Socket.io AngularCLI Forever
• Deploy and configure software on application servers
• Deploy IaC through Terraform in Azure
• Configure IaC of Azure cloud infrastructure using Ansible

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
• 5 years of experience working as a Linux/DevOps Engineer
• 4 years of experience with Linux System Administration
• Experience working within the Azure Cloud highly preferred
• Versed at setting up SystemD processes Cron jobs SELINUX parsing logfiles configuring logical and physical partitions
• 2 years of experience with Terraform and Ansible
• 1 years of experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• Some SQL skills preferred
• Comfortable with Git/ BitBucket
• Comfortable with proxying load balancing sticky sessions regex modifying headers LUA scripting
