We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support either sellers or buyers in the ticketing industry. This role involves assisting customers via email and phone managing accounts and addressing questions or issues with tickets.
Tasks
- Assist sellers in the sales process through account management and support buyers with ticketrelated queries.
- Provide email and phone support maintaining a balance between productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Identify and suggest process improvements.
- Offer direct support to customers at major events worldwide.
Requirements
- EU passport holder
- Customer service experience is essential.
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (C1C2 level).
- Ability to work 40 hours per week including weekends depending on business needs.
- Strong soft skills able to handle customer inquiries while also being assertive when necessary.
- IT proficiency with experience using Microsoft Teams and other online platforms.
- Must be available for an initial 4week training period with no days off.
