Job Description
Vision: To empower children with agency and the I CAN Mindset to become citizens who will
graduate to design a more compassionate sustainable and empathetic world.
Role & Responsibilities:
* HomeRoom Teacher for any Grade from 1 to 5.
* Be responsible for the Holistic Development of the child (Physical Cognitive Socioemotional and
Spiritual)
* Engage in continuous Professional Development programmes offered by the organization.
* Engage in constant interaction with the various stakeholders (Parents Institutional Partners Management
and the Community).
* Be willing to work for at least an hour (on an average) daily even after going home from school.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Should be a Graduate in English Science or Math domains; or relevant fields.
* Should have a B.Ed. Degree; or should be pursuing / applying for the same.
* Should have good communication skills.
* Should be fluent in the English Language.
* Should be passionate about Learning and Teaching.
* Should have at least a basic understanding of Word Excel and PowerPoint.
* Should be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad if not already residing in the city.
Attitude:
* Should have a deep belief in the capacity of all children.
* Should be curious about both the WHY and HOW of learning.
* Should be committed to personal and professional growth.
* Should bring their passion joy and stamina to work each day.
