Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining database systems using SQL and MySQL
• Write and optimize SQL queries to ensure efficient database performance
• Participate in database design and development projects
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve database issues
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights
• Implement security measures to safeguard database information
• Assist in database documentation and maintenance
• Participate in testing and debugging of database applications
• Develop and maintain stored procedures and functions
• Contribute to database performance tuning and optimization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Experience with SQL and MySQL database management
• Strong understanding of database design principles
• Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries
• Knowledge of indexing and query optimization techniques
• Experience with database performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Understanding of data modeling and normalization
• Familiarity with database security best practices
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with ETL processes and tools (preferred)
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (a plus)
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (a plus)
