Role Overview:
As a Specialist/Sr Specialist in NonTechnology Hiring you will be at the forefront of designing executing and refining recruitment strategies for finance and enabling groups across business units. This highvisibility role involves endtoend management of hiring requirements including sourcing screening and interviewing. You will build collaborative relationships with hiring managers drive recruitment programs globally and streamline existing processes. Embrace nontraditional forms of recruitment branding and marketing while championing best practices within the team. Stay informed about external marketplace and industry trends in the Talent Acquisition space.
Who Were Looking For:
MBA from a toptier business school.
13 years of lateral/market recruitment experience.
Solid endtoend knowledge of the lateral/market recruitment process with expertise in sourcing across different platforms.
Experience working with senior stakeholders.
Ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Capacity to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture.
Proven track record of proficient problemsolving organizational and analytical skills.
