Overview:
The Data Analyst / Analytics Trainee role is crucial to our organizations payroll operations. The individual will be responsible for analyzing payroll data identifying trends and providing valuable insights to improve payroll processes and decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and interpreting payroll data
- Creating reports and dashboards to visualize payroll metrics
- Identifying discrepancies in payroll data and proposing solutions
- Analyzing historical payroll data to forecast future trends
- Assisting in payroll audits and compliance
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to improve payroll processes
- Developing and maintaining payroll databases
- Assisting in the implementation of new payroll systems
- Providing support for payrollrelated inquiries
- Participating in training programs to enhance data analysis skills
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Finance or Information Technology
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting methods
