Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting and interpreting payroll data
• Creating reports and dashboards to visualize payroll metrics
• Identifying discrepancies in payroll data and proposing solutions
• Analyzing historical payroll data to forecast future trends
• Assisting in payroll audits and compliance
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to improve payroll processes
• Developing and maintaining payroll databases
• Assisting in the implementation of new payroll systems
• Providing support for payrollrelated inquiries
• Participating in training programs to enhance data analysis skills

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Finance or Information Technology
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting methods
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
