Job Profile: Full Stack Developer and Trainer (FullTime)

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development:

• Design and build efficient highquality web applications (frontend and backend).
• Work with modern frameworks like React/Vue.js for frontend and Node.js Express for backend.
• Manage databases (SQL NoSQL) and implement robust authentication security protocols and APIs.
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms like AWS Docker and manage DevOps pipelines.

1. Training:

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures and practical sessions for students on full stack development.
• Mentor students on live projects portfolio building and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain training materials lesson plans and assessments.
• Provide guidance on code quality debugging techniques and version control using GitHub.
• Stay updated on new tools and technologies to integrate into the curriculum.

1. Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with the curriculum development team to ensure content is aligned with industry standards.
• Assist in organizing coding boot camps hackathons and workshops to further enhance the student learning experience.
• Provide oneonone mentorship and career advice to students preparing for job placements.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript (React/Vue.js) Node.js Express and MongoDB/SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Docker and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture security protocols and RESTful API development.
• Ability to mentor and guide students in building projects and solving realworld problems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Prior teaching training or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub and strong problemsolving abilities.
