Overview:
The HR Executive plays a vital role in the human resources department by assisting with the implementation of services policies and programs and helps in providing overall guidance and support to the employees. They are responsible for various HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee relations and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the endtoend recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Assisting with employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Implementing and maintaining HRIS systems for employee data management
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assisting in performance management processes including appraisal and feedback mechanisms
- Administering employee benefits and compensation programs
- Conducting orientation and onboarding activities for new hires
- Assisting with compliance to labor laws and regulations
- Handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Participating in employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Coordinating training and development programs for employees
- Assisting in organizational development and change management initiatives
- Preparing and maintaining HR records and reports
- Participating in internal and external HRrelated audits
- Collaborating with management to provide support and guidance on HRrelated matters
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Minimum years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HRrelated software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and employee relations
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Experience in conducting training and development programs
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR software applications
