Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Production: Create review modify and recreate designs based on customer requirements ensuring highquality results suitable for production.
• Customer Interaction: Understand and interpret customer needs in English ensuring the designs meet their expectations and convey the desired message.
• Continuous Improvement: Engage in activities that enhance skills required for the role and adapt to new software applications and tools.
• Feedback & Collaboration: Proactively raise issues related to systems tools and processes and collaborate with team members to resolve escalations and improve overall performance.
• Ethical Behavior & Commitment: Demonstrate strong ethical behavior passion and commitment to quality excellence and maintain a growth mindset for selflearning and improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to operate graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator Photoshop InDesign and Adobe Stock.
• Design Knowledge: Basic understanding of design concepts including typography color theory layout design and current design trends.
• Education: Degree/diploma in Graphics Design or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience preferably in freelance printbased work corporate identity projects or artistic media firms.
• Communication: Basic reading comprehension to understand customer needs and beginnerlevel verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Additional Skills: Knowledge of MS Excel Word and Outlook is a plus. Must be adaptable to ongoing improvements open to feedback and able to work effectively across diverse cultures.
