Software Tester

Test Engineer

1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software products.
2. Conduct functional regression integration and performance testing as needed.
3. Collaborate with software developers product managers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
4. Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
5. Perform root cause analysis for defects and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
6. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
7. Continuously improve QA processes and procedures to enhance overall product quality.
8. Stay uptodate with industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality assurance and testing.

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance preferably in a software development environment.
3. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies tools and techniques.
4. Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python Java or JavaScript.
5. Experience with automated testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium Appium or similar.
6. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
7. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
10. Relevant certifications such as ISTQB CSTE or CSQA are a plus.
