Overview
The Salon Academy Trainer plays a critical role in developing and delivering training programs to ensure excellence in salon services and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for salon staff on beauty services latest industry trends and customer interaction.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with salon managers to identify training priorities and align programs with business objectives.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials and resources for salon staff.
- Provide oneonone coaching and mentorship to new hires and existing staff members.
- Stay updated with beauty industry advancements and incorporate relevant changes into training content.
- Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Conduct workshops and seminars to reinforce learning and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external industry experts for specialized training sessions and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards in all training activities.
- Collaborate with the HR department to organize onboarding programs for new hires.
- Collect and analyze training metrics to assess the impact of programs on staff performance.
- Participate in salon meetings and provide insights on trainingrelated matters.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the salons training curriculum.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Cosmetology Beauty Therapy or a related field.
- Proven experience as a salon trainer beauty educator or similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of beauty and spa services.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Certification in training or teaching methodologies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in developing training materials using various media and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
