Croatian speaking Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion: Actively promote the company s products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver toptier customer service via phone email and chat ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support at all times.
• Sales Growth: Drive sales by increasing the chances of future sales through effective communication and relationship building.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales objectives and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Flexibility: While standard work hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM be prepared to work additional hours during peak seasons to meet customer needs.

Key Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in Croatian with a minimum B2 level in English.
• Education: Secondary education with a schoolleaving examination or higher.
• Mindset: Hardworking independent resilient and motivated with a targetdriven approach.
• Learning Ability: A fast learner with a desire to succeed.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a talent for building rapport and establishing trust with customers.
• Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
