Camunda BPM Developer

• Process Design and Development:
• Design develop and deploy BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) processes using Camunda BPM.
• Create and configure process models decision tables and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Implement and optimize BPMN processes DMN (Decision Model and Notation) rules and CMMN (Case Management Model and Notation) cases.
• Integration:
• Integrate Camunda BPM with other systems and applications using REST APIs message queues and other integration technologies.
• Design and implement custom connectors and integrations to enhance process automation.
• Configuration and Customization:
• Configure and customize Camunda BPM engine to support specific business requirements and workflows.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts forms and user interfaces within the Camunda platform.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Conduct thorough testing of BPM solutions including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues related to BPM processes integrations and configurations.
• Documentation and Training:
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for process designs configurations and integrations.
• Provide training and support to endusers and other team members on Camunda BPM functionalities and best practices.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with business analysts project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define process improvements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
• Monitor and analyze process performance and identify areas for optimization.
• Implement performance improvements and scalability solutions for Camunda BPM processes.

• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Camunda BPM Developer or similar role with a strong understanding of BPMN DMN and CMMN.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Camunda BPM platform including the Camunda Modeler Camunda Engine and Camunda Cockpit.
• Experience with Java Spring Boot and other relevant technologies for Camunda BPM development.
• Knowledge of integration techniques and tools such as RESTful APIs message queues and database connections.
• Certifications:
• Camunda BPM certification (e.g. Camunda Certified Developer) is a plus.
• Additional certifications in BPM process modeling or related areas are beneficial.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
