Sales Force Developer

• Custom Development:
• Develop custom Salesforce applications components and integrations using Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
• Implement custom solutions including triggers classes and batch processes.
• Configuration:
• Configure Salesforce applications including custom objects workflows validation rules and page layouts.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business needs.
• Integration:
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and thirdparty applications using APIs middleware and other integration tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Testing and Deployment:
• Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure highquality code and functionality.
• Assist with deployment activities including data migration and change sets.
• Support and Maintenance:
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with business analysts project managers and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain technical documentation for custom solutions processes and procedures.
• Document technical and user requirements solutions and system configurations.

• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and Salesforce API.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder Flow and Workflow Rules.
• Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (e.g. REST/SOAP APIs Middleware).
• Certifications:
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required).
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred).
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator Architect) are a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
