Position: Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney (4th6th Year)
Location: Palo AltoCA
Client: Leading Global Law Firm
Duration: FullTime
Salary Range: $295000 $370000 (dependent on experience and skillset)

Key Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary M&A documents.
Manage the overall deal process ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively.
Maintain and build client relationships acting as a key point of contact throughout the transaction process.
Supervise junior associates providing guidance and oversight on various M&A matters.
Handle the daytoday demands and workflow requirements for clients with sophisticated M&A needs.
Qualifications:
46 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
Strong M&A skills including drafting negotiating and managing deal processes.
Ability to supervise junior associates and manage complex client relationships.
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
