Cultivate growth at Increff as a Lead DevOps Engineer III.
Lead the charge in fortifying the scalability and security of our cloudbased infrastructure. Join us in reshaping supply chain and inventory management through innovation and your skills.
Responsibilities:
*Manage and lead a team of DevOps engineers in planning implementing and maintaining the organizations DevOps practices.
*Develop and maintain the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline for software projects.
*Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate streamline and optimize the software delivery process.
*Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability performance and security.
*Implement and maintain security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
*Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance the DevOps process.
*Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
*Participate in oncall rotations and incident response as necessary.
*Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve overall system reliability and efficiency
Requirements:
*6 years of experience with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
*Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g. Bash Python or PowerShell).
*Experience in Jenkins ArtifactoryTomcat Mysql AnsibleGraylogELK Mavenetc
*Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
*Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
*Good to have experience in handling HA systems and replication servers
*3 years of Experience with cloud platforms GCP and Microsoft Azure
*Understanding of security best practices in a DevOps environment.
*Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
