Italian speaking Customer Service Representative

• Handle inbound calls from customers assisting with inquiries and resolving issues with orders or devices.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and Excel to help clients troubleshoot their machines.
• Arrange technician visits or send spare parts when necessary.
• Discuss new and existing products with clients offering crossselling and upselling opportunities.
• Act as a brand ambassador by educating customers and showcasing a full understanding of products and brand values.

• Fluent in Italian (C1) and proficient in English.
• Eligible to work in Slovakia and currently residing there.
• Strong customer service skills across various channels (call email social media).
• Good computer skills especially with MS Office.
• Solutionoriented wellorganized and able to prioritize tasks under pressure.

• Working Hours: Fulltime (40 hours/week) on a rotating schedule MondaySunday between 8 am and 8 pm with two weekends off per month.
• Work Model: Hybrid option within 50 km of the office or fully remote if further away.
• Training: 3 weeks of fully office based training from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM
• Meal Vouchers: 5.85/day (approx. 117/month).
• Commuting Allowance: 50/month ( 600 per annum).
• Multisport Card: Stay active with a multisport card.
• Performance Bonus: Earn up to 10% of your monthly salary based on KPI achievements.
• Extra Paid Days: 5 personal days per year for emergencies or shortterm absences.
