Overview:
The role of Spanish Travel Sales is crucial in promoting and selling travel packages to Spanishspeaking clients. This position is important for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers as well as driving revenue for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell travel packages to Spanishspeaking clients
- Provide excellent customer service in Spanish
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and travel partners
- Handle inquiries and provide information about travel destinations and services
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Meet sales targets and goals
- Stay updated on travel trends new destinations and special offers
- Process bookings and ensure accuracy of documentation
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications:
PPC (Must have)
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in sales or a customerfacing role
- Knowledge of travel industry and popular destinations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Knowledge of reservation and booking systems is a plus
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in tourism or related field is a plus
