Spanish Travel Sales

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell travel packages to Spanishspeaking clients
• Provide excellent customer service in Spanish
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and travel partners
• Handle inquiries and provide information about travel destinations and services
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
• Meet sales targets and goals
• Stay updated on travel trends new destinations and special offers
• Process bookings and ensure accuracy of documentation
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in sales or a customerfacing role
• Knowledge of travel industry and popular destinations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Knowledge of reservation and booking systems is a plus
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in tourism or related field is a plus
