Job Description
Security Vulnerability Analyst
Job Overview:
Management of vulnerabilities is a foundational aspect to cybersecurity. The Vulnerability Engineer role will be important in the communication and remediation of discovered vulnerabilities.
The job includes understanding cloud infrastructure and application vulnerabilities building and maintaining relationships with the security team and the vulnerability asset owners in order to negotiate remediation and problemsolve with asset owners to expedite vulnerability resolution.
Responsibilities
For vulnerabilities originating from our scanners penetration tests and bug bounty program:
- Follow up with teams to make sure remediation requirements are understood & action ed
- Work with Jira boards to document and track vulnerabilities and remediation activities
- Create vulnerability management reporting
Certifications : CISSP Any cloud certification.
