Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Working closely with cross functional team in driving profitability
- Deep analysis of gross margins and sharing insights with business units to drive actions Prepare and analyse category PnLs every month and make forecasts for proactive actions
- Track Gross margin bridge and work towards element wise portability improvement path Preparing and reviewing category wise plans vs. actuals every month
- Review Sourcing rates and drive pricing corrections basis mark to market
- Doing an indepth analysis of variance and communicate the same to create visibility and enable planning of actionable
- Establish effective monthly cadence of cross functional review of category PnLs sharing insights and proactively highlighting actionables
- Tracking and monitoring agreed actions and ensuring delivery of same
- Tracking and measuring key financial and business metrics for respective businesses on sourcing & factory costs
- Preparing SOPs and policies for costing system
- Preparing scenario analysis and developing business cases on product enhancement or business initiatives and present them to top management
- Handling ad hoc requests and problemsolving with a short turnaround time and supporting decisions via thorough analysis
Qualification and Experience:
Have 4 6 years of experience in Business finance
- Have business acumen: Ability to understand problem statement and structure solutions
- Have analytical skills: Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting. (Tableau added advantage)
- Take Initiative: Proactively take initiatives to improve campaign performance and drive results.
