Job Description

Role Overview:
The Sr. Executive Network Solutions will be responsible for the daytoday management and support of the IT infrastructure within our coworking spaces. This role requires handson experience in IT administration server support and client services. The ideal candidate will ensure that our network systems operate smoothly and efficiently providing excellent technical support to both internal teams and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Network Administration:
Assist in the setup configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure including routers switches and WiFi access points.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
2. IT Administration:
Manage user accounts permissions and access controls to ensure secure and efficient operations.
Perform routine maintenance updates and backups on IT systems and servers.
3. Server Support:
Provide support for serverrelated issues including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems.
Ensure server security by applying patches updates and monitoring for vulnerabilities.
4. Client Services:
Offer technical support to clients addressing their ITrelated concerns and ensuring a seamless experience in our coworking spaces.
Collaborate with the client services team to resolve technical issues and provide customized IT solutions as needed.
5. Security:
Implement and adhere to IT security protocols to protect company and client data.
Monitor security systems and respond to potential threats or breaches.
6. Vendor Coordination:
Work with external vendors for the procurement and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
Ensure that servicelevel agreements (SLAs) are met by coordinating with vendors for timely support and solutions.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of network configurations system updates and support tickets.
Prepare reports on IT system performance incidents and resolutions.
8. Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to suggest improvements and upgrades to the existing infrastructure.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
35 years of experience in IT administration network management and server support.
Strong understanding of network protocols server management and IT security practices.
Experience in clientfacing technical support roles.
Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
