Printing Area Specialist

• Supervise and execute all mechanical activities in the Printing Area.
• Follow-up and execute the mechanical maintenance activities which includes PMs “Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and annually”, shutdown activities, projects, energy saving, and lean activities.
• Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs
• Active communication and coordination internally with the Mechanical section and Spare parts store and externally with other departments “Safety, Production, Quality”
• Record the maintenance activities and review job plans frequently and maintain all information up to date and generate required reports.
• Review the latest version of spare parts and upgrade the equipment under responsibility according with prior approval and maintain Inventory of all spare parts used in printing Area
• Maintain the equipment in such a condition that quality standards are maintained.
• Looking for innovative, accurate and repeatable foolproof methods for Size Changes to achieve vertical startups.
