Job Description
This stable and successful real estate group has an amazing staff retention record achieved through their peoplefocused approach and ability to adapt opportunities to best suit their Property Managers individual lifestyle.
With the option of fulltime permanent parttime/reduced hours and a role that could include trust accounts this is an opportunity not worth missing. Managing a clean and tidy portfolio of just over 100 properties (all local to the office) you will have support provided through an Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Coordinator. An autonomous role you will focus on endtoend portfolio management whilst consistently contributing to the culture within the business.
Requirements
- Be able to commit to 3038 hours per week
- Be experienced in endtoend full portfolio property management
- Hold a current Real Estate Certificate and Driving License (essential)
- Be mature and reliable with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- PropertyMe or other Cloud based CRM experience
- Have a passion for real estate with a qualityfocused approach
- Be comfortable working autonomously and within a team
