Responsibilities

• In this role you ll be responsible for uncovering customer insights conducting user research and helping to inform product decisions.
  
• Be a creative analytical problem solver who s excited to make an impact on the user experience in Health care.
  
• Collect customer feedback and insights to inform product decisions.
  
• Synthesize data and distill complex research findings into actionable insights.
  
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
  
• Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify areas of improvement in the user experience
  
• Utilize usercentered design principles to develop innovative solutions to customer needs.
  
• Contribute to the design of user interfaces that are intuitive and visually appealing.
  
• Create presentation materials to share research findings with stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with designers product managers and engineers to develop userfriendly experiences.
  

Requirements

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process)
  
• Recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science HCI or a related field.
  
• 1 year of relevant working experience (university projects internships employment).
• You have a passion for making sense of user behavior.
  
• Solid understanding of design principles and a sense of visually appealing designs.
  
• You are a creative problemsolver passionate about digging into complex problems and devising new approaches to reach results.
  
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while also contributing to a team environment.
