Job Description
Red Ember Recruitment is looking for a strong Invoicing Clerk for one of our clients based in Irene. As an invoicing clerk you will have to be able to able to do Invoicing on Sage Evolution (batches import as well as individual processing) approximatelyinvoices per week. Also reconciling back to submitted batches.
Requirements
Matric Completed
Sage Evolution
Batches on Sage Evolution
Great numeric skills
Must be accurate
Good Excel skills
Good at communication
South African Citizen
Proficient in Excel/ MS Office. Experience of Sage Evolution accounting software. Batch processing of invoices Good analytical and excel skills with excellent attention to detail. Have a demonstrable energy, flexibility, proactivity and a can do attitude. Proven ability of working to a high standard while multi-tasking Working accurately to deadlines.
